【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforcalibratingthekineticenergyscalesofAugerelectronspectrometerswithanuncertaintyof3eV,forgeneralanalyticaluseinidentifyingelementsatsurfaces.Inaddition,itspecifiesamethodforestablishingacalibrationschedule.Itisapplicabletoinstrumentsusedineitherdirectordifferentialmode,wheretheresolutionislessthanorequalto0,5%andthemodulationamplitudeforthedifferentialmode,ifused,is2eVpeak-to-peak.Itisapplicabletothosespectrometersequippedwithaninertgasiongunorothermethodforsamplecleaningandwithanelectronguncapableofoperatingat4keVorhigherbeamenergy.
