【摘要】:Thisclassificationcontainspairsofscalesforclassifyinganaspectoftheserviceabilityofanofficefacility,thatis,thecapabilityofanofficefacilitytomeetcertainpossiblerequirementstobeabletodonormalofficetasksoutsidescheduledhours.Withinthataspectofserviceability,eachpairofscales,showninFigs.1through4,areforclassifyingonetopicofserviceability.EachparagraphinanOccupantRequirementScale(seeFigs.1through4)summarizesonelevelofserviceabilityonthattopic,whichoccupantsmightrequire.ThematchingentryintheFacilityRatingScale(seeFigs.1through4)isatranslationoftherequirementintoadescriptionofcertainfeaturesofafacilitywhich,takenincombination,indicatethatthefacilityislikelytomeetthatlevelofrequiredserviceability.TheentriesintheFacilityRatingScale(seeFigs.1through4)areindicativeandnotcomprehensive.Theyareforquickscanningtoestimateapproximately,quickly,andeconomically,howwellanofficefacilityislikelytomeettheneedsofoneoranothertypeofoccupantgroupovertime.Theentriesarenotformeasuring,knowing,orevaluatinghowanofficefacilityisperforming.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofanexistingfacility.Itcanalsobeusedtoestimatetheserviceabilityofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,suchasoneforwhichsingle-linedrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.Thisclassificationindicateswhatwouldcauseafacilitytoberatedatacertainlevelofserviceability,butdoesnotstatehowtoconductaserviceabilityratingnorhowtoassignaserviceabilityscore.ThatinformationisfoundinPracticeE1334.ThescalesinthisclassificationarecomplimentarytoandcompatiblewithPracticeE1334.Eachrequirestheother.
