【摘要】:Thispracticeistobeusedtoprovideavisualmeansofdeterminingtheexistenceofpinholesbypenetrationofadyesolutionthroughthepinholeintoawhitereceptorpaper.Thepracticeissuitableformanufacturingcontrolandwillgiveclosecorrelationwiththeendproduct.Thispracticeissuitableforcomparativeserviceevaluationanddevelopment.Theinitialappearancewillchangewithtimeduetocontinuedmigrationofdyesolutionintothereceptorpaperandthesizeofthecoloredareaswillnotrepresenttheactualsizeofthepinholesthroughwhichthesolutionwasexuded.1.1Thispracticecoversthedeterminationoftheexistenceofpinholesinone-timecarbonizingtissues.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityofwhoeverusesthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
